Group Bookings

Deepfired Ceramic Studio is now taking bookings for groups of up to 10 people. Groups can come along to the studio to learn the basic techniques of making objects in clay, celebrate an occasion and have a bit of fun or book a specialised masterclass.

A minimum of two sessions is recommended to complete a project. In the first session the group will make clay objects. The clay has to be fully dried and fired in a kiln (to make the change into ceramic) in the days after the session and then it will be glaze painted in the following session. Sessions should be booked with a minimum of one week apart to allow drying and firing time. A time will be arranged at the end of the final workshop for work to be collected as it will need to be fired once more to develop the glazed surface.

Session Dates and Times

Bookings are taken a minimum one month in advance. The studio is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for group bookings. 3 x 2 hour sessions run during the day at the following times:10.00am - 12 noon, 2.00pm - 4.00pm and 6.00pm - 8.00pm.
